If you are worried about your relationship, then it's better to get help sooner rather than later. It may be that you are worried about a specific problem - such as communication, infidelity, money worries, difficulties with sex, thinking about separating, parenting, conflict or anxiety that something’s wrong in your relationship – but whatever it is, we can help.
Therapy is a process during which you can talk about problems and concerns in a safe and confidential setting. The first step is to book an initial consultation appointment with one of our trained assessors. You can come with your partner or on your own. At this meeting you can talk through your worries and ask any questions you may have about how therapy works.
The next step is to match you with a therapist who will be able to see you each week. We find that continuity of weekly appointments can be very helpful to create time to think about, and work through, difficulties.
You can work with a therapist online or in person at our centre in the City of London, near Liverpool Street station, if you are not sure which is right for you, we have a helpful article outlining the benefits of each.
We’ve also developed a relationship support app, Between Us, which you can download from the AppStore or Playstore. It helps couples to address a range of difficulties and worries, including communication problems and how to better listen to, and be heard by, your partner.
