Who Is It For?
The therapy delivered by the City Wellbeing Centre will be available to all, including people on low incomes, and the Centre will play an important part in tackling health inequalities within the borough.
The counselling and psychotherapy available at the Centre is designed to allow City residents and workers to reflect on and explore the things that they are finding distressing or upsetting, with the aim of helping them to feel less sad, worried or disturbed about current or past events, or relationships.
The Centre will also provide therapy to people living in the following neighbouring boroughs to the City:
You can find the centre here:
75-77 Middlesex Street
Please note: Current service is ONLINE only
– the venue is closed due to Covid-19.
Residents or those working in the Square Mile
can book a session by webcam now.
We also are working towards offering therapy
at the Centre itself as soon as guidelines allow.
